L322 2004 RR TD6 - Starting ignition issue - help

Hi all. Help needed please. It takes me a few attempts to get the RR started. It had a brand new battery recently. I wiggle the key, turn it clock wise to full (which would normally start it), nothing. No error messages showing. Might take 5 or 6 attempts, then eventually it decides to turn over. Could it be an ignition problem or a glow plug issue? Is there any quick fixes or short-cuts I can do to get it started? I've tried in both P and N, both acting the same.

Once running, it drives fine, again no error messages shown on the dashboard, but if I turn it off, then try and switch it back on, it just doesn't start unless its left for a bit and I do a lot of on/off and wiggling which is annoying.

I am no expert on the L322 but I would be checking ignition switch, starter solenoid and just for good measure checking battery terminals, some one with better knowledge should have a better idea.

The ignition switch is a known problem.

As siad above the l322's ignition switch can give issues..
