L322 2003 MPG Computer Not Updating

Hello All,
Can anybody advise on computer not updating, it seems to be stuck on 17.7 mpg & average speed does not update either infact I dont think anything does.
I have also lost a few segments on the display as well, these I am told are 7 segment displays but on some of the words a segment is missing.
Thanks for looking and any advise would be appreciated.

have you tried to reset the display?
if you are concerned about the display lr do do a replacement unit but will need to be coded in and there are other on the net that can recon them too
