L322 '06 Facelift Conversion?!?

Hi, Does anyone on here know if I can convert my '03 rangie to the new '06 front end? I have been looking around but have not seen any evidence of the conversions. I have ordered the new rear red and clear lights and a side grill conversion kit. I have also bought a set of 20" vogue alloys off a '06. Just need the front end to complete the exterior.
Looks to me like front bumper, lights and grill. Not sure aabout metalwork mods?

Any info would be much appreiciated.
