Replaced the bushes on rear hub assembly and wheel bearing. I also found the top wishbone rear bush need replaced. Looking at it it looks an absolute headache of a job to change. Before I order new bushes and start to strip it all out am I best to just buy full wishbone and butcher my way into the bolts to butcher them off or is it not really that bad to do?

I also need to replace the inlet manifold on left (as you look at engine) side..... BUT i might attempt to plastiweld it as I've had lots of success in the past doing such bodges and repairs tonsave time.... will updaye with how that goes and hopefully it will be happy days! My issue is time wise I need the car Mon-Fri for work and really don't want to buy a disposable car as I've no doubt the RR would just sit till I could be bothered 😂🤦🏼‍♂️

Get a replacement upper arm - and a reciprocating saw, cut the arm out to get better access (the front bush bolt usually comes out without too much effort, the rear one with the solid bush is the one you'll need your Weetabix for!
Obviously you'll need replacement nuts & bolts and make sure you have the suspension at running height before torquing the fixings.

Plastiweld will let go the first time you feel compelled to 'give it the beans' to remind the Wermacht staff car driver of their place in the world order...
Inlet manifold R&I is about 6-7 hours for a first go, get new injector copper washers and leak-off pipe seals before you start, the longer you leave it, the more issues you'll be storing up.

Is it injectors out to do the manifold? I hate removing diesel injectors 😂😭
