Hi all, after some help 
jumped into my wifes 1999 diesel freelander this afternoon experienced the following, when in neutral and holding accelerator in same posistion revs they will rise up/down a little when i press accelerator nothing happens if i lift it up and press down it revs as normal.
when driving and holding a constant speed all is ok, when i go to accelerate then nothing happens i have to lift my foot up and press down again for the revs to pick up.
previous to this the fuel was right on the red line, i thought it was air in system so primed it using the priming thing. is there a way to bleec the system or is something else wrong??
