L series head replacement

Hi guys, looks like the timing belt has gone ony L series, pump belt cover off and part opened timing belt cover, turn over and nothing is turning only the auxiliary belt. How much would it be to replace the head and belts, just want to see if it's worth fixing

new or used parts? I got a head from some MG rover car from the local scrapper.....they removed it...£80 Cheaper than even bothering about smashed valves

Used, new is just too damned expensive

Second hand head, new gasket set and new belt kit.
You'll be looking at about £300 (if you can get a replacement head for ~£100) for parts plus labour.
