all i know is i feel sorry for you guys, today we had 29 beautiful sun shine and a broken down land rover in the forest (my coil gave up) i ended up using my tshirt as a hat it was so hot beautiful sunny weather, could do with some rain my faverouite tracks are getting really easy

I saw this on the news last night and I wondered if it was anyone from LZ. I did notice the leading Landy didnt have a snorkel fitted.
Yes it did. It is a small silver one on drivers side, looks like it is made of scaffolding.

What made me laugh is the video of a Polo going through flood water, you can see when he drowns the engine and you can see when he starts cranking the key after the engine cuts out. All of those poor valves, then the valve driving beats the **** out of the steering wheel, as though it was the cars fault.

Haha! That's genius... I love the fact that Pete townsends singing "just passing by" as you sailed past the micra!

But because you're on public roads, even though sailing down them, the BiB will be round to give you 6 points and a £2,000 fine for using a mobile while driving.

The road was technically closed at both ends, so technically, I would argue I was offroad .. and I wasn't 'using' the mobile as a mobile, I was using the video camera part of it .. ;)

The Yorkshire Water Authority chap did look at me somewhat miffed .. his Ford pickup was at the leading edge of the water ..

True road closed would mean no rules. Although the BiB rarely know the law (I had one claim I failed to stop, they was in an unmarked car, fail to stop doesn't apply, but it didn't stop them taking me to the nick in cuffs and then having to let me out again after the desk sgt told them they were plumbs) and thanks to Mr Brown even if you took them to court and won, YOU have to pay legal costs.

He was probably jelly that he couldn't take part.
