so i just found this site after having my 95 discovery V8 for about a year. seems to be one of the more active land rover forums. i'm not from the UK though but from Michigan. I figure my disco has 160,000 miles on it, or i suppose 257,000km or something like that so its pretty beat but makes an awesome winter car. so far i haven't had any issues but i imagine with that many miles i am going to start running into some. here are a couple pics

and for good measure i know most people hate them but my every day car when its nice out is a 97 ford probe GT it just doesn't fare too well with our winters

well i dont suppose it was deliberate, and he'd have known the risks when he joined up

no doubt either bush senior or junior will be "got" at some point by one of the zillions of people they've rattled the cages of

yeah he knew the risks and he accepted he was most likely going to be shot but its the face that is wasn't the enemy that shot him it was people who were supposed to be watching his back, i think that any yank that wants to use a weapon in war should pass an eye test and an IQ TEST BEFORE being aloud to use any weapon (including rocks and sticks!) ffs even a monkey could tell the diferance between a british unit and a bunch of rebel fighters, 'durrrr which 1s shall we shoot cleatus?, the ones with the AKs and cammels or the ones with the landrovers and the SA80s' 'durrr i dunno uncle dad ah finks we shud kills themall tos be safes':mad:
