its a kin landrover,they have only been around for 65 years,mine has a green oval badge clearly saying landrover,and a big sticker on the back also confirming its a landrover so cant people read??????????

I quite agree that it's not a Jeep, which is a brand name of an American manufacturer if 4x4s.

It could however be considered a jeep if one remembers that the term jeep was an acronym for general purpose and, it is fair to say, that Series/Defenders at least can be considered general purpose.
