Disco 2 Is it worth it?

Guys, been given the opportunity to buy a v8 auto, only seen it quickly but i think its a
1999,
Leather
Twin roofs
Cruise
Electric every thing
120,000 miles
I guess part history
It' had new brake pipe, calipers, drag link
Whatts rear linkage (can' rremember).
So the issue is, it's got an abs fault.
My mate has put it on a generic reader and it come up with front hub, or sensor so they were replaced, all was good for a couple of hundred miles, and now the lights back on.along with the three amigos (I didn't have the nanocom with me)
Other than that I looks quote clean
So was thinking about getting it, sorting out the few issues and selling it on
So my question is, what do you think it would go for fault free, I have looked on flea Bay but they seem to vary

My mates done alot on it and said it was ok, but that he hadn't paid much attention to it, I can get under it as it's still on the car park,
Where do they rot the most?

Rear chassis, all round the suspension and top , bottom , sides of the chassis rails.

Front of chassis , check the bottom of chassis near the gearbox cross member.

Ok, the guy wants £600.00, I can probably get it a bit lower but not much. Just wondering if there is any money to be made, or just walk away
