hi i looking for some help with changing my intercooler just a straight swap.
do i need to beeld the system? is there a risk i could damage anything? or is it just unboult the old and pop the new on in. i have a manual but that normaly results in using a big hammer.

I forgot to say it is a Td5 2001 defender. Is a DIY job or not?

cheers mate was just looking for comfirmation that is it is an easy job. so do i jsut diconnect the old and put in the new?

yeah, but with great care.....just watch u dont put a hole in the new one....they soft as hell
