Intercooler in 200TDI

quick question:

thinking of putting and intercooler in my motor that with a 200tdi, but no had intercooler to start with.

is it just a straight bolt in and replumb? or is there anything I have to check and or adjust first?

series 3, though the engines been lifted from a disco.

just find somewhere to mount it and connect it up, keep the soft pipe connections to a minimum and use metal pipe for the main lengths

i used the 200tdi intercooler upside down in my bitsa and used a TD5 intercooler in my '65 109
