Intercooler hose

Help. My 2.2 TD4 keeps blowing the intercooler hose off the plastic joining pipe. I have replaced the whole thing and have two clamps on each joint and cleaned all joints with thinners prior to fitting. Have clamped so tight have now started to collapse the plastic pipe, only 3 months old!!! Has there been any metal ones remade?

The boost pressure sounds too high to me.
