I got 4 part worn BFGs off someone on here but I couldn't find anyone who was prepared to fit used tyres except one place and I had to come back when the gaffer wasn't there and they wanted £15 per tyre and I had to take the old tyres away and dispose of them myself.
I didn't bother thinking the BFGs only had a couple of years left in them and it wasn't viable.
I then got 2 new tyres for my camper van off eBay and had the same problem, no one would fit tyres supplied by someone else because they could be faulty, only the £15 , come when the gaffers out, place would do it, so I went with that.
Your tyres are going to cost me £60 (if it hasn't gone up in the last 18 months) so you can see where I'm coming from hopefully.
I'm in Telford so that's a plus and I've got to drive a fair way to get new tyres fitted at £400 (all terrains).
Are you interested in a couple of pc tablets as a part exchange? I've got an advert for them in anything goes. Ideal Xmas presents!
