Hi

I'm just trying to find some nozzles/parts for my injectors from a series 3 diesel.

And how hard is it to reckon a fuel pump???

I have some injectors here, free if they are of any use to you for spares. If you are refering to the injector pump, impossible to do a home refurb on one. The fuel lift pump can be done with a repair kit.
I have a good injector pump here. £30 if you need it.

Steve, where in the country are you?

If you are not local I will get a cost to post the pump. It is a weighty thing so I am guessing £15/20. You could sort a courier to collect. Send me a PM.

You *can* refurbish a pump at home....if you have time/patience/ingenuity. You need to rig up some kit to test it, which is probably the hardest part.

I've attached some pages from the pump rebuild manual. CAV DPAs were used in other applications as well, and kits used to be available online (google is your master).
