Indicators

Hi Guys, Anyone find the front indicators dull? 2002 with clear lenses and amber bulb, Replaced the bulbs and cleaned the contacts tried an LED bulb which was miles better but it caused them to flash too fast, anyone successfully installed LED bulbs without the need to cut into the wiring loom to fit load resistors? Cheers in advance

The indicators are or should be bright.
Check and clean the body earth points, which are close to the headlamp units.

You'll need load resistors for LEDs, as the flasher unit detects the bulb current, and if low, flashes the indicators faster as a warning that a bulb has failed.
