Importing/exporting to USA

I am very interested in Importing a series 3. They are outragiously priced over here and i feel like it would be cheaper to buy one and have it shipped to me. I'm allowed to bring one over here if it is 25 years old or older so that fits perfectly with my target vehicle. I've began to research the ways i would go about titling it and registering it over here and it is all good and legal. i am curious if any of you have any experience or knowledge to lend me.

any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

those are mostly military vehicles though. but thanks! i keep looking at some of those lightweights...
