I have a 1994 discovery I just bought. I am having serious leaks from both sunroofs when parked in the driveway. So bad I had to pull the headliner and have it replaced. I have cleared the drain tubes. It seams the tray is filling up and not able to flow down the tray to the tubes until on level ground. My driveway isn't even that much of an incline. Both the front and back are electric sunroofs. Does anyone know what the purpose of the two holes in the corners of the rubber seals hold? It seems that is were the water is getting past the seal and over filling the tray before it can drain out. Does anyone know if the hose fittings on the tray for the drain tubes are suppose to be all one pice or it it cocked on? My tubes fittings appear to be glued to the corner of the trays. I can't tell if this is a manufactured part or someone's rig job. Does anyone know of a site that gives details of each part of the sunroof with pictures? Please help!!! Thanks.

try disco2.com they have some photos and questions answered on thier site.my sunroof tubes are also stuck on with black cillicone and the water comes over the rubber ,i removed the seal and cleaned it and the valley it sits in then i filled it with a clear grease then i reffited the seal ,it seamed to raise the seal slightly giving it a better fit against the glass, but after all that i found it was a leak from the windscreen seal causing my problem.good luck gazv70
