ignition barell td4

How do I go about changing the berell on a Td4 freelander anyone out there ever done one ?
The key broke off in it and is well and trully stuck .
3 hours of fecking about with key extracters was a waist of time ,
My mates now borrowed my tranny van till its fixed and Id like to get it done sooner rather than later as I need my van for work.

I changed the barrel on a Disco last year. all I needed to do was remove the plastic covering from the steering column, disconnect the wiring connectors, unbolt the ignition barrel and swap for the new one. 30 mins work.
