I'm about to move house to a place with a decent sized workshop. This space will need projects...and one under consideration is a 90/110/101 rebuild...a vehicle to get back to the bare bones and rebuild with a view of it seeing my time out on this planet...sharing the rebuild with grandson and passing custodianship when my time comes.
My background should serve me well. Back in the 80s I spent 4 years as a MOD apprentice learning how to fix everything from a gen set to a Challenger tank. This naturally included more than a few Series III clutch/gearbox/engine swaps...101 work...that kind of thing.
I run a company that does 3D reconstruction (photogrammetry) and we end up using interesting subjects as test beds, like this Scimitar:

And using the technique to reverse engineer reproduce hard-to-impossible parts:

So thats me. I will lurk for a bit...then, contracts pending...post a Wanted advert...
