Dont be too disheartened by the derogatory comments , you obviously want to personalise your discovery, its just that you haven't quite grasped some of the subtleties of getting the look you are after , you are not alone , there are a lot of landrover products running around with stuff on them that is totally impractical , and as about as much use as a chocolate teapot . Re the winch rather than fit one that is obviously too small for the intended purpose , you would be better to remove it and save up and get something of a suitable rating , bear in mind that about 99% of fitted winches never get used for their intended purpose. HTSH
