No. Just standard rot boxes.posh ones?
Don't count on itGot a whole new drivers door on order, should come this week. Been driving around with a cracked door frame for three years; it's still secure but got to the point the draft from the wobbly window was getting out of hand. Both parts are well rotten, looking forward to draft free motoring.
I fitted the new type door seals to the bottom of the door with the help of sticks like s**t. That way I didn't have drill holes in my new doors.Got a whole new drivers door on order, should come this week. Why fit seals to the door side when the seals and are on the vehicle side?I fitted the new type door seals to the bottom of the door with the help of sticks like s**t. That way I didn't have drill holes in my new doors.
The new type seals are much better !!
My door seals were missing from the vehicle sides, they do wear quickly cos your trampling all over them. The new type door seals which are fitted to the door are a better seal anyway. Why fit seals to the door side when the seals and are on the vehicle side?
I am about to attempt a full respray using a £30 spray gun. I have had some fantastic results using one for small jobs and am looking forward to seeing how it fairs. £30 cant buy a decent set of brushes. As I am looking for a semi gloss finish so that it doesn't look like a polished turd I am interested in how it turns out. Ill also be using a polyurethane paint for the first time and possibly applying oversprays to age down the finish.I'm hand painting so looking forward to hearing more on that. Hope it goes well .
