I am starting to think that servicing the ol landy is more of an adv than off roading it

This was the hardest thing to pull off so far in my newbie mechanic carreer

Just removed the upper casing of the oil filter/ filter base, the one that connects to the engine with one spanner 😁 blockhttps://www.lrworkshop.com/diagrams...diesel/engine-oil-filter-225-litre-diesel_102

Can I wash it with some homemade solution vinegar soda and stuff ? Does it have any delicate inside components like rubber and stuff

Btw lads up North have it easy with no sweat pouring in your eyes while on ur back under your leaking faithfull landy

Do you have brake cleaner?
