Too many points against you you will need the SVA or whatever it is now days and this means you have no ground for Tax exempt. Buy a 110 theyre about for £2500 and be done with it. Bowler look a like aye! For a start bowlers in the form of wildcat do not really exist anymore. Back when Drew bowler designed them you could have them in 80 86 88 100 108 110 chassis variations back when he raced iun his proven designs. Buy a Whitbread frame pay your £2500 and get it rolling pipe and panel and an old 110 or whatever ID. I doubt you will have many grounds for it to be tax exempt.

There used to be a kinda getout where if only the body only is changed and y ou kept all the running gear inc V8 you could almost argue the point but I think they have or are going to put a stop to than now.
 
Cant remember who but somone took over the rights was it P&P? cant think but they make their version from the bowler rights.
 
1ST OFF IM20 y/o 2nd off i have a woman mary bain barbour 58 and looks mid 30's 3rd i have been on the forum since 16 hence the name (actually that needs changing) and yes i do see plenty of action if not with her then the exhaust and snorkel of my land rover,

also i do and am a very serious man well 20 whatever that is nowadays who wants a beautiful bowler lookalike and i mainly do land rovers and range rovers. i want to learn aswell as to build my own tax waving landy like i used to have, and i am a brain damaged bloke partly and i do suffer speach,
