Howdy all, new CSW owner

Hi everyone, I've been haunting the forum as a guest for a while, and now I own my dream landy I thought I'd sign up.

I owned a D2 a few years ago but have just recently bought my dream car, a 1982 series 3 109 2.25 petrol genuine county station wagon. From the info I can find, it's one of very few left (and made, 90% of the CSW were 88's or stage 1 v8's) and I aquired it from an awsome old dear near me.

It's lived in a woodland going nowhere for the last 20 years, so I intend to get it up and running as my wedding car for next year. It's completely there, and in very solid condition for it's age and state I found it in. Below is a pic of where I found it and how it is now.

Hopefully have it up and running shortly, I'll be sure to post progress in an ongoing thread.

What a fantastic Landy! Let us know how you get on restoring her, although from the pictures she’s already looking in great shape.
