how to remove disco body?

hi all, i want to remove damaged 5 door disco body and replace with 3 door body i have access to, any advice welcome, cheers.
 
im thinking of changeing mine over from my 300tdi to my 200tdi, the color is better and it looks better. however 1 is auto and 1 is manual. will hope some one can shine some good light on this, how hard/easy ?
