P38A How the hell do I get this out without braking it?

How the hell do I get this out without braking it? the fuel flap switch, it has them little gromit things that you push the part in, and then cant get it out, any ideas? or just cut them off and then glue it back in.... not the right way I know

I cut the lugs off in the end, I think it will be ok when I put it back

Remove the nacelle then depress the holding tangs. Pretty simple really.

You cant press them in, they are solid, I did try that at first until i realised they wont press in at all
