How should provide the correct resistance VCU?

Hello friends. Since I almost Freelander owner and I have a problem with VCU. Actually I think I have a problem. When smotam steering wheel left or right car we Koci to be slightly raised handbrake. I thought that VCU and I raised rear wheel and tried a key to turn the wheel but I managed to force that is required is great and I do not know how to get stuck joints when the hand turns. Since I live in Belgrade, Serbia advance to apologize for bad english and ask for help. How should provide the correct resistance VCU?
 
it should just be possible to turn with great force. If it won't turn at all it's siezed, if it turns easily it has failed too. Of the two, if it is siezed, you must stop driving it and replace the VCU or drop the rear prop before you destroy the IRD. If it is easy to turn, it has failed but can be left until it suits to repair, it won't cause any further damage.

As far as I understood, when the correct VCU built wheel can turn a very large force. What we blocked the car with the wheel turned normally given to the force of resistance to VCU?
 
300Nm is too much.

What resistance can you measure to turn your wheel very slowly??
