How much play in diffs??

How much play should there be in the diffs (rotationally) when holding the prop and turning it side to side? There appears to be alot of transmission take up when setting off, im aware it could be gearbox but there just seems to be a decent bit of play in the diffs.

I've got a fair bit of play in both my diffs on me 110 and would like to know my self. As far as i'm aware you can tighten them up and take the play out of it not sure how far you tighten them though!

working on diffs is a professional jobby - dimensional tolerances are measured using DTI's and shims n stuff. Yu sure the backlash isnt in yo hubs tho - I had alot of movement of the hub on the halfshaft.
