How much one shot grease in swivel housing

Following on from replacing the swivel seal I would like to know how much one shot grease I am supposed to put in it . It is a 370ml packet.

all of it. it helps it go in if you turn the wheel out so the filler hole is away from the swivel ball

Yes, fill it until it oozes back out of the filler hole.
