How much for a rear crankshaft seal?

has anyone ever paided a garage to change a rear crankshaft seal in a 200tdi defender??

How much should i expect the bill to bill?

Expensive, 4 hours at £50 + Vat and then add in oils, seal and the good possibility it wont all come out without any issues, around the £300-350 mark I would expect as a quote but like I say I would expect there to be some issues along the way...

Whilst your there you may as well replace the clutch, fork and bearing and do a complete gear/transfer box oil change...
