how long before i can use the for sale section

Could someone please tell me when i am allowed to advice parts on the forum, i have looked for the answer but can't find it.
I am newbie on here and a little lost at the minute to say the least!

You could go to the anything goes section and join in ,in the mindless meanderings of old and middle aged sad gits . You could be a senior member(100 posts) before midnight . That is if your not easily offended .
