How do you adjust the direction of the front windscreen washer nozzles?

Ever since I bought my RR (a 1990 Vogue, V8 petrol fuel injection, automatic), the wind screen washers have been absolutely AOK. IE, they used to shoot the washer fluid right onto the windscreen and there were no problems.

Just recently the old beast started to play up, and eventually completely cacked out on me. Down the electricians it went, they fixed it, sent it back to me... But I've only just noticed that whenever I go to wash the screen, the jets shoot the washer fluid into the front air vent. I have no idea what they did to muck it up, but my attempts to correct it have been in vein. Looking at them from various different view pouints, I simply can't work out what you have to do to adjust them. Can anyone help me out here? I'd be very appreciative.

have you tryed putting a needle into the end of the jet and then adjusting it????

put a pin in the end and pull it upwards but don't go too far or you will wash the rear screen instead

Blimey is that all I needed to do? I feel such a pratt. Many thanks for pointing it out to me though.
