Light bar is fitted, got the relay and switch, just need some advice as to how and where you fed the loom into the cab?

Wiring loom where it goes though the bulkhead at the servo & take a live feed of the switched ignition live going to the ignition.

Go behind the speedo & find where the speedocable goes through the bulkhead. There are a few grommets you can use
Otherwise you have to move the dash around to get out where the loom comes through & behind the lower dash

As above from @Hicap phill I have additional cable loom entering the dash both sides in the own cable grommet panels. There is one each side and wishbone has the ability to take three grommets. But I would only use that for the switch feed. I would not be putting the relay behind the dash. My preference is the battery box so there is the shortest run of “high power” live cable providing power to the relay. And the rest is only live when actually turned on.
I assume you have a snorkel fitted? In my opinion their primary usage is for running cabling up to the roof. With any wading/dust benefit a rarely used secondary!

I think the answer is the same. You come down from the roof into the engine bay and then through the factory grommets. You really don’t want to be drilling holes in the roof. They leak enough already. Hence my comment about a snorkel’s main function being cable routing!

Police cars use a waterproof stuffing gland for there cable. They must seal these up as well.
Never been a fan of drilling holes in roofs even for flashing beacons

My son's light bay comes down the snorkel into the engine compartment. Feed is taken from auxiliary fuse box, relay next to it, switch is on the floor next to the seat. The loom came with the light bar as its pretty powerful.
Various other wires have gone through the grommet in the bulkhead behind the dash.

Thanks all, but into the engine bay how? Through what? I'm good regarding wiring it all up, just not sure how to get the wiring from outside into the engine bay though? Once there then yes, behind the dash would be a good start.

Into snorkel yes, but how does it then come out of the snorkel?

Down the side of the snorkel and across the wing and through the massive gap between the back of the bonnet/wing/bulkhead.
Works on a Ninety anyway, bulkhead slightly different on a TD5

Yep, that's what I thought, done that with my antenna. For some reason I thought peeps were talking about feeding 'into' the top of the snorkel.

What gauge wire have you guys used for the light bar?
Nope as @Anaconda down the outside of the snorkel and then fed through the huge bonnet gap under the drain channel. You can see it here on mine appearing from Behind the snorkel. And you can also see the grommets talked about above next to the Speedo cable filled with wiring loom. I also have the same on the passenger side grommet panel.Yep, that's what I thought, done that with my antenna. I have two twin core cables running up to my light bar each one feeding three of the led lights. I am using 10amp cable as I calculated the led draw to be about 2.5amps per light at 12v. There are lots of watts to amps converters online which is what I used. Enter the watts of the light, enter the voltage (I used 12v as-the lower the voltage the higher the amps) and it will give you the amps. Then round up to the nearest cable size and fuse.
The wire can be run through the inside of the A-pillar by squeezing it through the top front corner of the door seal on the windscreen. Somewhat crude but works if you don’t have a snorkel. Otherwise, as Phil says, you can drill the roof and run the cable through it using a suitable adaptor.
