Hot start difficulty

Hello
200tdi starts fine when cold but winds over very slowly when hot .
Battery and starter have tested ok I was wondering if the starter solenoid could be the problem have changed starter relay
I'm having a similar problem with a 300tdi but to a lesser degree

Earth cables all day long.
At that Age I would be changing them all.
