Horn not working

There are 2 horns, in common with all LRs.
If both don't work, then I would guess the problem is elsewhere. Maybe the relay, a fuse, or the clock spring.
From memory, they're behind the front bumper, each side of the radiator.

The horn works just fine, you need new batteries
