hmmm New Dsl engine in 03

As some of you have seen I'm looking to buy a LR. I've just seen a facelift 03 freelander with 72k on the clock but the engine was replaced at 62k.
I'm confused , is this good or bad or a bit of both , it has a full LR service history.

sounds great to me, an 03 with 10k on the clock. go for it!

Make sure the engine was replaced and not just certain bits and they have stated engine changed.
