hailing from dublin, ireland. just bought my first landy. its a 1984 series 3 pickup with a nissan sd33 engine, box, power steering, front axel and disc brakes! delighted with myself to have acquired such a motor for a mere 900 euros! clutch is a bit dicky at the moment started dragging the day after i drove it back from cork! replacing the hydraulics this weekend, failing that my money's on a warn throwout or fork, plan on replacing the lot if the hydraulics doesnt solve it.
other than that she's solid, chassis is perfect, no doubt was treated when the new engine was being dropped in. havent cleaned her up enough yet to know if its galvinised or not. few little patches of rust on the doors, bulkhead and floorpan, plan on ripping all that out, cleaning it up and repainting probably if and when i have to pull the engine out to change the clutch
