hill desent light on

so yet another mystery from my 2001 freelander, my hill desent warning light keeps comming on when car is cold, when the car been driven for a while it goes out and all seems fine until it comes back on again when ever it bloody feels like it, but cant seem to figure out what the fault is, no other warning lights are on.
this car is really starting to p*ss me off

the last one i had like that it was the g sensor behind hand brake

thanx ill try that see if it makes a difference
