Today I was out again tried it and it worked....once. It appears that I only get one crack at it before something stops working. If I turn the car off, the CC works the next time I use it but only once.

Any ideas?

Not that it helps, but mine's never worked either! Replacing the pipes made no difference.

There's a troubleshooting guide in Rave that I'm going to run through when I get to it on my to do list, but that may not help you with an intermittent problem.
