High level brake light

I replaced the rear door on my 110 this weekend with a new one I got from the seller when I bought it. Only when I was removing the rear high level brake light did I notice it mounts from two posts attached to the rear glass and the new door doesn't have these posts.
Can I retro fit them and if so can anyone point me at a supplier as I can't seem to locate any?

The posts stick to the glass, they're available separately, as part number AWR4647 (callout #6) -
