Long time Landy fan finally looking at taking the plunge and getting one.... can't decide on a Discovery or Range Rover, if Disco then a 2 or a 3? (budget won't stretch any further!!) - this purchase may be a daily commuter so comfort is of importance although i'm toying with the idea of spending a bit less and keeping my current car as the commuter with the LR being a "winter" or weekend motor, in which case comfort wouldn't be as important.....

Anyway, hoping a trawl of the forums will help with most of my decisions!! lol

Hello and welcome. I don't really have an opinion on Range Rovers and Discoverys because I've got a Defender myself. Anyway, there's no reason why you can't use Land Rovers for commuting or for long trips, and a lot of people on here frequently do, including me.
