Hi there. New member from Nashville and hoping that I could get some help

Hi. My name is Jose and I'm from Nashville. I was wanting to join a Land Rover community and this seemed like the perfect one. I don't own any Land Rovers however I do work at a place that sells some. I know it's a lot to ask especially since this is my first ever forum post but I was wondering if I could get some help identifying this engine I have. It's either a 200TDI or a 300TDI from a 1985 Land Rover Defender 90. I not an expert so I was gonna ask the nice people on this forum. Thank you so much in advance.
