I havnt posted for a long long time
Had to get rid of the 02 plate k series as the gasket was on its way
Now have a black 05 TD4 sport.
Been of the road for several months (working away with a company car)
back on the road now, but not driving well, had a split fuel pipe, lost loads of fuel !!
Garage have said that the injectors need cleaning as its been stood (its blowing a little smoke, and running really "lumpy" and when changing up it sputters and makes a clicking noise then some smoke then chugs a bit.
garage have said it needs to be off the road for a few days and they send the injectors away ? is this the case ?
What can be done and is this going to cost me an arm and a leg?
Just want to get the fella back in ship shape cond and use it again, missed driving it, and still love how it looks !
