The current question that keeps returning is where is the water coming from? The fine covering of water on the driver side of the engine bay after a run. Has anyone had a core plug go on the front of the block? Could that be the cause?
 
Hi and welcome!

I can’t help with the core plug as one has not gone on my 200Tdi. Have you run the engine whilst stationary and watched for a leak?
 
You need to pressurise the cooling system when it's cold to look for leaks. Hot coolant will evaporate from the leak spot so you won't see it.
