Hi any one come across a P140 error code on a 3.6TD8

I have a 2007 RRsport3.6 td8 which is the same running gear as the discovery 3.6 TD8. I have a MIF light on showing code P140 which is no signal from bank 1 sensor 2 oxygen sensor. As oxygen sensor are not fitting on this engine I am at a loss for a solution. Can anyone please give me any advice to what the cause maybe for this error code.

The LR fault codes for these engines are not generic OBD2 codes and dedicated tester is needed to see the real issue, the P140 alone is not 100% relevant cos it has subcodes which are important ... the gist is that it's EGR related, the following image is cropped from the RRS 3.6 workshop manual:

Hi thanks for this it just a generic reader I have but it is reading P140A which point to the first option. Do you know where I could possibly download the workshop manual?
