Hi All
I have just re-located to the UK from South Africa. where I owned a 1996 '90 TDi from new. It was sold in 2015. I have now purchased a low mileage 90 TDCi which will be my daily ride and will be used a bit for green laning.

Welcome to the forum, let one of your first purchases be some extra security or a tracker as unfortunately defenders are one of the most stolen vehicle in the UK at the mo. Sorry to break the bad news but take a look at the stolen section for some 'inspiration' where you'll find my own experience of have my defender stolen

Hi Dave
I relocated 12 yrs ago from East London after having lived in the Natal midlands and Cape Town for 35years. Always wanted a Freelander and was fortunate to be able to buy a 2011 model in Derbyshire last year. Great move with the car and the relocation. Good luck to you with both.
