Hey everyone, new to the forum as you can tell by my lovely post count of 1!
Not a Landy owner as yet but have been searching the internet the past couple of weeks to try and find my first one. During my search I came across Landyzone and have read a lot of useful information on here, found out that quite a few of the posters seem like complete nutters, so here I am tentatively joining the madhouse!
I'm off to view a Disco 2 on Saturday but as the MOT runs out very soon, I'm not holding out much hope that it will be the right one. Unfortunately, my budget doesn't stretch to much so my market is somewhat small. I would like a Defender but I firmly fit in the 'bought a Discovery because I couldn't afford a Defender' camp.
Hopefully I won't be a one post wonder as I'm normally quite active on the forums I join but a lot of that will depend on my mates insistence that I should buy a 'sensible' car with my money, luckily the wife is actually up for a Landy!

(well, she didn't say no when I suggested it, and obviously feels I can't wear said T-shirt without owning one!!) So I'll be lurking on here for a few months until the campervan selling season comes about and I can start hunting for a DEFENDER wooohooooo!!
