Hi All,
New to the forum but love the Landy's - my Disco 2 has a problem with the HEVAC - when I put the drivers temperature to low it blows hot air on full fan speed to the drivers footwell and rear offside vent (along the transmission tunnel) - the passenger side on low temperature will close the flaps to the passenger floor and the rear and blows cold air to the other vents - as it should. Drivers side on low however blows full fan speed sending air to the floor and the rear vents and is HOT HOT HOT! Interesting in summer but need to fix now as my Son is having it and he doesn't do hot. I've taken glove box out and the fuse box panel - the rods on each side of the heater box appear to work the same as each other and seem to work as they should from the outside. I'm guessing the drivers side flap is stuck/broken inside? Which flap, where is it, how do I get to it to fix it? Haven't taken this system apart before so not sure where to start - any advice would be very gratefully received. Anyone come across this before or knows a fix? Many thanks.
