hi all can any body help? my air suspension compressor does not cut in when engine starts up, DOORS SHUT, took the compressor out as thought knackered, but once got it on bench put 12v to it and it pumped away fine!!!!!!!. but there seems to be no power getting down to the pump. if I run a separate 12v feed down to the pump it pumps for about 10 secs then goes to intermittent and struggles. all fuses (relays) seem ok. This all happened after hitting a pot hole, have not yet checked the height sensors but they look ok. is it a easy fix or just go for springs :scratching_chin:

Check the height sensors are still attached top and bottom as a pothole could have popped a link

Failing that find someone with hawkeye or nanocom and check for fault codes

The pump will struggle with a separate feed as the valves will be closed so there's nowhere for the air to go.

I'd also check that the fusible link and relay in the under-bonnet fusebox are OK. Swap the relay for the headlight wash as that doesn't get much use.

hi thanks to you both do not really know which part worked but started up motor and compressor pumped suspension up !!!!!
